TERMS OF SERVICE
BY COMMISSIONING ART FROM ME, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Altering, reprinting, and/or reselling of the commissioned piece is strictly prohibited. Commissions are for personal use only.- You are not authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”- The client is also prohibited to sell the commissioned pieces, or anything implied as representing the work in any way, such as by a non-fungible token (NFT). It may not be referenced by new contracts, including on distributed applications, without approval of the creator.- Commissioned works may not be used to train, validate, or test any variation of artificial intelligence (AI). I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.- An invoice will be sent after I send a sketch for approval, which should be paid in half before I continue on the piece. The remaining half should be paid before I send the final piece. I will not entertain refunds after the transaction has already been paid in half or full.- If the client has paid in full and withdraws from the commission BEFORE I start on the approval sketch, then I shall issue a refund in full.- During the sketching and approval stage, the first MAJOR revision OR the first two MINOR revisions are free. After the free revisions, each edit will cost as follows:

- I will no longer accept revisions after I have sent the final piece, unless there is a small detail that needs correcting, like a miscolored part or a missing marking.- I have the right to decline commissions that are beyond my skill range or what I am comfortable with.- I reserve the right to use the commissioned piece(s) how I see fit. This includes, but not limited to, posting the piece(s) as a part of my portfolio or using it for advertisement. Though if the client chooses me to avoid posting the commissioned piece(s), due to it being either gift art or a surprise, then I shall respect their wishes.- Clients are more than welcome to repost the commissioned piece(s) in their own accounts, provided that the image is credited to me and/or my watermark on the art is visible.- Turnaround time is roughly 2-3 days to 1-2 weeks. I work at my own pace and only during my free time. As stated in the DOs and DON'Ts table below, I do not accept rushed commissions.- I will accept payment via Paypal only.

ADOPTABLES TERMS OF SERVICE
BY BUYING AN ADOPTABLE DESIGN FROM ME, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL RULES
- Copyright of the art and design still belongs to me. I also retain intellectual property rights and may post the adopt(s) on my art pages and portfolios.- Payment is to be made via Paypal only, and must be paid in full within 24 hours after your claim.- Once the transaction has been completed, refunds and changing the adopt choice are no longer accepted.USAGE
- You may not use the purchased adopt(s) to depict messages of abuse, hate, bigotry, and pedophilia, nor use the design commercially.- You are prohibited to resell the adopt(s), or anything implied as representing the work in any way, as non-fungible tokens (NFTs). The adopts should not be used to train, validate, or test any variation of artificial intelligence (AI).- Reselling is only allowed on the condition that it will be sold at no more than its original price.- Applying the rules above, you can do anything you want with the adopt(s) you have bought, as long as proper credit for the art and design is given to me, Alanide.
